Can I get a prescription for my pet from you?Unfortunately, this is currently a service that is unavailable in Europe. All prescriptions can only be written, and amended, by your practice Veterinarian. If this changes in the future we will let you know.

How do I book an appointment?To book a videocall simply click on the type of plan you want ( single consultation / monthly subscription/ yearly subscription). ​​ Single consultation ​​ Sign in to our website and choose 'book an online consultation' Select a date and time that suits you best for the appointment. Provide some details about yourself and your pet and describe the issue. Complete the payment using a credit card or Apple/Google Pay.​ We will send you an confirmation email of payment and a separate email with a link (via Zoom) for your appointment. ​ Monthly/ Yearly consultation ​ Sign in to our website and choose the monthly or yearly consultation Go to your account or choose "book an online consultation" Choose the day and time that suits you best. Provide some details about yourself and your pet and describe the issue. The system will give you the option at payment to choose "Use my plan". Select this option, and the price will change to 0. No credit card data will be needed. We will send you an confirmation email with a link (via Zoom) for your appointment. PET INFORMATION: Before your online consultation with our vet, we ask that you take a few moments to fill out our information form. Describe us what the current symptoms are and if needed his medical history and any ymedication he may be taking. By providing this information ahead of time, we can ensure that our vet is fully prepared to address your pet's needs during your online consultation. The information you provide is kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of your pet's consultation.

How does the consultation work ?1. Prepare for Your Call • Check internet connection • Find quiet spot • Have your pet nearby • Prepare photos/videos if needed 2. Join Your Consultation * Download zoom • Click on the link we have send to your email (it's a separate email from your payment confirmation). • Connect with the vet by clicking 'join meeting'. • Get expert advice in English, Dutch, or German. • All from the comfort of your home Videocall Before your appointment begins, our veterinarian will review the data and photos that you have submitted. All contacts are encrypted and secure. The vet will ask about your pet's symptoms and observe them via video to make initial assessments. Based on this, they will provide guidance on next steps. If your pet’s issue can be managed at home, you will receive treatment advice. After your video consultation, you will receive a short summary from the vet containing the recommendations discussed. This consultation (videocall or chat) will take upto 10 minutes. We advise to use your phone for the videocall, so we have better visual and it will be easier to get closer to your pet. Of course a laptop or desktop can also be used. It is also an option if you prefer only to chat, we will give you the best answer to your question as quickly as possible. Our Advice After the consultation we will send you a report, so you have easy access to any treatment recommendations or diagnoses. We will save your pet’s medical records for future meetings. If the veterinarian concludes that you will need additional care, you will be referred to your/ a local veterinary clinic.

Is Online Animal Clinic available for all pets?We are available for your dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs and rodents.

How long does a video consultation with a veterinarian typically take?A video meeting with a veterinarian lasts up to 10 minutes, depending on the case.

How is my data stored?Personal data and information from the meeting are processed under confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Data Act. We store the vet's notes for the animal's medical record, just like with a regular vet visit.

What if I need to cancel my booking?Up to 4 hours before the booking, you can cancel your videocall free of charge.You are then entitled to a refund of the amount already paid for the video call. To cancel your appointment : Log in and go to 'my bookings' and choose "reschedule or cancel appointment. To cancel your subscription : Log in and go to 'my subscriptions' and choose 'cancel'.

What happens if I missed my appointment?If you miss your scheduled appointment, the booking fee will unfortunately be lost.
