During consultations:

• You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate.

• You may provide a written description of your pet’s condition and upload relevant images before the session.

• If required, your pet should be present during video consultations. If your pet is absent and the veterinarian deems their presence necessary, the session may not proceed.

• General advice on pet care, including automated responses, links to resources, and product recommendations based on the information you provide.

Please note:

• Online Animal Clinic does not provide prescription medication. For such services, please contact your registered veterinary clinic.

• We are a supplementary service and not a substitute for traditional veterinary care. Without a physical examination, veterinarians cannot provide a definitive diagnosis. If your pet’s condition changes or worsens, please schedule a new consultation or visit your physical veterinarian.

We may, with your consent, share clinical records with your primary veterinary clinic if deemed appropriate.

2. Account Usage

8. Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds

Consultation fees are listed on our website and must be paid in advance.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled consultation to receive a full refund.

• No refund is provided for cancellations within 4 hours of the consultation or for missed appointments (e.g., your pet’s absence).

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time, which will also terminate these terms. We will delete your data except where legally required to retain it.

Accounts may be suspended for violating these terms or policies. Suspended users are not permitted to create new accounts without explicit permission.
